We were at Ashmore Estates on the third floor. We were asking for someone to turn on the flashlight and then turn it off. Three times it turned on, but it would never turn off. We had to turn it off ourselves every time. We were saying that it might be easier to turn it on than off. The someone says “No!” It wasn’t heard during the investigation and was only heard upon review of our recordings.
